Knowledge empowers us to make conscious, informed decisions but, it is the shared stories of our lives that make us real and give light to the unseen thread that connects us all among the chaos of the outer world. When I was pregnant with my first daughter I acquired information on pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond because as a healthcare practitioner and coach one never stops learning yet it was the stories told by other mamas that left a lasting impact. Within each story told by another person about their walk of life and experiences, we often witness a mirror reflection of our own lives; thoughts, feelings, emotions and the rawness of being human.
Join other women/mamas in a sacred circle and relish in the wisdom imparted by each woman. There is power in connection, as well as, healing in sharing.
